  • Period dates, cycle information, symptoms, flow entries, and notes are stored locally on your phone
  • We do not operate a server that stores your cycle or symptom data
  • We cannot see or access your personal cycle logs
  • We cannot recover locally stored data if it is permanently lost from your device or backup

No account required
  • No sign-up, no login, and no email address are required to use the App
  • We do not require your name or other identifying information to use the core App
  • Your cycle information is not linked to an online user profile

  • Next-period and fertile-window estimates are calculated using information stored on your device
  • Cycle phases, trends, and symptom patterns are generated from your locally stored entries
  • Predictions are estimates and should not be considered medical advice
  • The App does not diagnose pregnancy, ovulation, or medical conditions

Notifications
  • Period reminders and logging reminders are generated locally on your device
  • Optional fertile-window reminders are also generated locally
  • The App does not require a push-notification server for these reminders
  • You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings

Subscriptions
  • Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • RevenueCat may process limited purchase and subscription information to manage premium entitlements
  • RevenueCat does not receive your cycle history, symptoms, notes, or other health logs from the App
  • We do not store your complete payment card information

Optional content feed
  • Some screens may fetch supplementary affiliate or sponsored content from our hosted content service
  • No name, email address, cycle history, symptoms, notes, advertising ID, device ID, or user ID is intentionally sent with these requests
  • Core tracking, calendar, logging, and prediction features continue to work if the content request fails or the device is offline
  • Sponsored content is always clearly labeled

  • We do not sell your cycle, symptom, or health-related data
  • We do not have access to the cycle information stored locally on your device

Device backup
  • Your device's operating system may include App data in its backup system if backups are enabled
  • iOS and Android backup behavior is controlled by Apple or Google and is subject to their respective policies
  • We do not operate or control your device backup service

Your choices
  • You can delete your locally stored cycle data using the App's Delete All Data option where available
  • You can disable notifications at any time through the App or your device settings
  • Uninstalling the App may remove locally stored App data from your device
  • Data included in an operating-system backup may remain according to the backup provider's policies
